SATISFACTION POLICY
Our goal is that you love your look - period. Guests may contact us within 7 days of their service(s) for any changes that they require. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you within 7 days of the original service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Each client’s appointment is important to us. We want to give your service the time and attention it deserves. As a result, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer full exchanges on all products within 30 days. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new product we will exchange it for something that better suits your needs. Returns on hair care products will be given full credit towards the purchase of another product, provided the product is not discontinued or in old packaging.
ONLINE BOOKING
A 50% deposit is required for all reservations booked online to reserve your spot.
COVID POLICY
If you are sick, please stay home and reschedule.
CHILDREN
Must have an adult presence under the age of 18 if getting serviced/ otherwise we kindly ask not bring children to appointment.
PETS
Pets are not allowed.
